Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Management:

• Operational Oversight:
• Oversee daily laundry operations, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding of linens and garments.
• Ensure all laundry operations comply with industry standards and organizational policies.
• Quality Assurance:
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and garment care.
• Conduct regular inspections of laundry processes and outcomes.
• Equipment Maintenance:
• Ensure all laundry equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with relevant technicians and service providers.
• Budget and Resource Management:
• Manage the laundry budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Oversee procurement of laundry supplies and equipment.
• Training and Development:
• Provide training to laundry staff on proper procedures and use of equipment.
• Ensure staff are knowledgeable about health and safety standards and practices.
• Risk Management:
