· Experience: Minimum of 8 years in food safety management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
· Skills and Competencies: Food safety protocols, team management, communication, risk assessment.
Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
· Certifications: Relevant professional certifications (e.g., HACCP, FSSC 22000).
