Key Responsibilities
· Supervise the HVAC maintenance team to ensure high-performance delivery
· Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance tasks for HVAC systems
· Ensure compliance with HVAC codes and safety regulations
· Conduct regular inspections and coordinate necessary repairs
· Oversee quality control of HVAC installations and repairs
· Train, mentor, and supervise HVAC technicians to maintain high standards of performance and safety
· Manage work orders, maintenance records, and budgets
· Coordinate with the HVAC Engineer on major HVAC projects and upgrades
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience
· Minimum of 7 years of supervisory experience in managing HVAC systems in luxury properties
· Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, energy management, and indoor air quality standards
· Proven leadership and team management skills
· Advanced technical certification or diploma in HVAC Engineering or a related field, or extensive hands-on experience
· Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting Sindalah’s luxury standards
· Strong English skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory
