Key Responsibilities
· Supervise the electrical maintenance team to ensure high-performance delivery
· Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance tasks for electrical systems
· Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations
· Conduct regular inspections and coordinate necessary repairs
· Oversee quality control of electrical installations and repairs
· Train, mentor, and supervise electricians to maintain high standards of safety and technical excellence
· Manage work orders, maintenance records, and budgets
· Coordinate with the Electrical Engineer on major electrical projects and upgrades
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience
· Minimum of 7 years of supervisory experience in managing electrical systems in luxury properties
· Extensive knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and energy management
· Proven leadership and team management skills
· Advanced technical certification or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or extensive hands-on experience
· Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting Sindalah’s luxury standards
· Strong English skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory
