Key Responsibilities
· Perform advanced maintenance and optimization of ELV systems, including BMS, fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and other security systems
· Conduct routine inspections and repairs of ELV equipment
· Assist in the development of maintenance strategies and schedules
· Support the ELV Supervisor in coordinating major repairs and upgrades
· Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards
· Train and mentor junior technicians to uphold high standards of safety and technical excellence
· Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience
· Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facilities maintenance within high-end environments
· Solid understanding of ELV systems, including BMS, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control
· Technical certification or vocational training in Electrical Engineering or a related field
· Ability to work independently and as part of a highly skilled team
· Professional appearance, upholding Sindalah’s luxurious image
· Strong English skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory
