Job Summary
The Yardi Consultant will provide technical and functional support for Yardi Voyager modules, including software enhancements, troubleshooting, report development, and maintenance of workflows and processes. This role requires direct interaction with business users and external partners to ensure the system meets operational requirements while optimizing performance.
Must Have Skillsets (Mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Yardi Voyager development across the full stack (database, user layer, business logic, compiler, SaaS environments).
- Proficiency in creating and managing Crystal Reports, SSRS, Columnar, and YSR reports.
- Hands-on expertise in Structured Query Language (SQL), SSRS, SSIS technologies.
- Proven experience supporting Yardi Voyager Accounting and Property modules, including custom reports and accounting table development.
- Experience resolving Yardi helpdesk tickets and troubleshooting issues with the operating system, database, and SQL.
- Strong knowledge of Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes.
- Familiarity with configuring and customizing Yardi modules/processes.
Good to Have Skillsets (Optional)
- Experience deploying code and application setups in UAT and production environments for Yardi modules.
- Knowledge of data migration to Yardi from existing applications.
- Ability to train business users in creating and importing ETLs.
- Familiarity with innovative practices to enhance Yardi system functionality and performance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education/work experience.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to resolve technical issues and provide maintenance services for Yardi workflows.
- Strong communication and documentation skills for user training and process improvements.
