Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Psychologist to join our People function. In this role, you will support employee mental health and well-being by providing confidential counselling, designing wellness strategies, and working closely with the Head of People & Culture to foster a healthy and conducive work environment.

Responsibilities:


Employee Support: Provide confidential counseling for work-related stress, personal challenges, and professional concerns. Conduct individual counselling, and psychoeducational sessions on substance mental health, stress management, & other topics.


Wellness Program Development: Support the design and implementation of wellness initiatives in coordination with the leadership team.


Learning and Development: Conduct blended learning programs to educate our global workforce around the wellness initiatives and mental health.


Assessment & Insights: Gather and analyze employee feedback through surveys or focus groups to refine wellness programs. Develop and implement indigenized plans to cater employees' needs, documenting progress. 


Leadership Collaboration: Collaborate with the Head of People & Culture to refine strategies and provide expert advice on mental health best practices to reduce burnout and foster a supportive culture.


Change Management: Provide immediate psychological support during org level changes offering resolution planning and ongoing support. 


Vendor & Program Management: Manage wellness vendor relationships, ensuring programs meet service levels, regulatory requirements, and align with internal guidelines. Participate in staff meetings and regularly review wellness programs for consistency and accountability. 


Compliance & Professional Development: Maintain confidentiality, adhere to ethical guidelines, and stay updated on trends and legislative changes in mental health. Ensure ongoing staff development and compliance with industry standards. 


Requirements:


Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, or Occupational Psychology). 
Licensure or certification to practice as a psychologist in Pakistan (UK & USA license preferred)
10+ years of experience in workplace psychology preferred. 
Experience in fast-paced, tech-driven environments is a plus. 
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
Familiarity with wellness programs and vendor management is a plus. 


Skills & Competencies: 


Ability to manage high levels of stress in a fast-paced environment and utilize critical thinking to resolve conflicts. 
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. 
High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive employee information. 


Terms: 


Hours/Availability: Flexible, depending on the contractual agreement. May include onsite days or remote consultations as agreed upon. 
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
