Position Purpose:
We are looking to hire a skilled WordPress Frontend developer to design and implement attractive and functional websites for our clients. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including the implementation of WordPress themes and plugins, as well as site integration and security updates.
Education & Professional Qualification:
- Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
- Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience:- Min 2 years of relevant experience as a WordPress Frontend Developer.
Responsibilities:- Design and develop visually appealing and highly functional WordPress themes, ensuring seamless integration of ACF fields to enhance content flexibility and management.
- Ensure robust security measures to protect WordPress sites from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Optimize website performance to achieve high Google PageSpeed scores through efficient coding and best practices.
- Demonstrate expertise with a strong Figma portfolio showcasing design proficiency and creative problem-solving.
- Convert Figma designs into fully functional WordPress websites with pixel-perfect accuracy and responsiveness.
- Create engaging and intuitive user interfaces that balance aesthetics and functionality, translating wireframes and mockups into responsive WordPress themes for an optimal user experience.
- Set up, configure, and optimize ACF to create dynamic and easy-to-manage content structures that improve the usability and scalability of the website.
- Develop pixel-perfect, responsive designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS to ensure high performance and consistency.
- Develop and manage custom post types, taxonomies, and field groups using ACF to enhance WordPress functionality while maintaining an intuitive user experience.
- Install, configure, and customize WordPress plugins, including ACF, to enhance website functionality without compromising performance or design consistency.
- Ensure visually consistent and functional designs across multiple browsers and devices to provide a seamless experience for users.
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and user engagement by implementing caching, image optimization, and clean coding practices.
- Work closely with content teams, marketing departments, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver user-centric solutions.
- Regularly update WordPress core, themes, and plugins while implementing security best practices to ensure long-term functionality and protection.
- Identify and resolve issues related to design inconsistencies, ACF fields, theme functionality, and plugin conflicts to maintain a high-quality user experience.
- Provide clear documentation and training for clients and internal teams on managing ACF fields and website design elements.
- Familiarity with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles to create visually appealing and user-friendly WordPress themes and templates.
