Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our WordPress-based websites, ensuring a seamless user experience and implementing the latest web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain WordPress themes and plugins.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
  • Optimize website performance and ensure mobile responsiveness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly.
  • Design, implement, and manage websites using WordPress
  • Conduct website performance tests and troubleshoot issues
  • Maintain well-documented, reusable, and transferrable code
  • Ensure high-performance and availability, and manage all technical aspects of the CMS
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies, industry trends, and best practices

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a WordPress Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
  • Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.
  • Familiarity with web design principles and SEO best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
  • Ability to convert comprehensive layout and figma into working HTML pages
  • Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
  • Strong understanding of PHP back-end development


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with RESTful APIs and AJAX.
  • Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
  • Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
