Responsibilities
Receive and inspect incoming goods, ensuring they are in good condition and match purchase orders.
Record details of incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records.
Check cargo and ensure the weight of the cargo aligns with packaging lists and stock management requirements.
Operate within the company's inventory management system to update stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy.
Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in physical stock audits.
Maintain organized and secure storage of all items, ensuring proper stock rotation
Prepare and stage shipments according to schedules and deadlines, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Load and unload trucks, ensuring careful handling of products to avoid damage.
Cross-check documentation to ensure accurate inventory tracking and compliance with shipping standards.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and workstations.
Maintain detailed records of all transactions, ensuring timely and accurate data entry into the inventory system.
Assist in generating reports for stock levels, orders, and discrepancies.
Weight truck as per customs requirement and input weight in WeBOC system
Share weighment strip with supervisor so that it can be submitted to customs officer at site for further processing
