Warehouse Executive

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Executive at Treet Battery Limited. If you possess a passion for desired opening, we’d like to talk to you.

• • Performing all ERP Oracle processes required for receiving or dispatch.
  • Meeting timelines for loading / offloading of inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Ensure shipment and inventory transactions accuracy.
  • Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
  • Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
  • Perform inventory cycle counts as per plan.
  • Discuss and coordinate activities with other departments.
  • Ensure that facility MHEs are properly maintained.
  • Train, guide and evaluate warehouse workers.
  • Give details of shipments with forwarders/carriers.
  • Report inventory levels to management.
  • Ensure that all documentation meets the given policy structure.
  • Managing and monitoring storage areas, classification items, warehouse cleaning, materials segregation, location identification & proper arrangements.
  • Monitor and manage stock rejections.
  • Ensure material safety and follow the warehouse locking/sealing protocols.

• • Improved coordination with all key stakeholders of the Entity.
  • Results based on solutions provided in face of problems.
  • Zero pilferage in stocks.

Experience Requirements

- Overall relevant warehouse experience of minimum 3 years.

Education:

- Graduate from a Recognized University
