Job Description

  • Provide level 1 support for x86 and VMWare virtual Infrastructure and coordination with product principles i.e. VMWare, HPE.
  • Administer, Monitor, deployment of x86 Servers and VMware Server Environment. 
  • Performance tuning and capacity planning of virtual and physical infrastructure.
  • Monitoring and Maintenance: Regularly monitor server health, performance, and utilization using HPE OneView and iLO.
  • Firmware and Updates: Apply firmware updates and patches to ensure optimal server performance.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Security Compliance: Implement security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of server configurations, changes, and incidents.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with network and storage teams to ensure seamless operations
