We're that rare company that values both creativity and professionalism. We are looking for a designer who can turn head-scratching B2B concepts into WOW visuals. You'll be our visual storyteller, whether it's making data less boring or turning our next big social campaign into something clients actually remember.
What You'll Actually Do:
Own the visual direction for our brand campaigns - everything from pitch decks to marketing materials
Create eye-catching illustrations, infographics, and visuals that make complex data digestible
Design across all marketing channels (digital, print, social - you name it)
Keep our branding looking fresh and consistent across all materials
Handle multiple design projects while meeting tight deadlines
Bring fresh ideas to our marketing campaigns and events
Turn data into clear, engaging visuals that tell a story
Work closely with the marketing team and cross-departmental teams to nail campaign objectives
Collaborate and work on landing page designs - we're always testing new ideas and learning what works
Make sure every design is pixel-perfect before it goes out
What You'll Need:
Degree in Graphic Arts or Visual Design Communications (BNU or NCA grads, we're looking at you!)
Design expertise that shows - a strong grasp of typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
Pro-level skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Bonus points if you know your way around After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CAD
6 months to 1 year of experience (talented fresh grads are also welcome, but youve got to have a strong portfolio)
Solid understanding of digital marketing design (social media, web, email, website)
Major bonus points if you understand website design architecture and landing page psychology (we love designers who think about user experience)
You're Our Person If:
You're detail-oriented but know how to meet deadlines
Can juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat and stay on top of design trends
You see feedback as a chance to make your work even better
You get excited about improving processes, not just following them
You can explain your design decisions clearly to non-designers
If you think you're the creative force we need, send us your portfolio. Let's create something amazing together.
