Key Responsibilities:


  • Scheduling Appointments: Confirm and schedule patient appointments, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and communicated.
  • Insurance Verification: Check patient insurance details and provide updates to the relevant parties.
  • Calendar Management: Maintain and organize the client’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and other commitments efficiently.
  • Email Management: Monitor, draft, and respond to emails promptly while ensuring professionalism and clarity.
  • Patient Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and confirming appointments.
  • Administrative Support: Provide overall administrative assistance to streamline workflows and ensure a smooth daily operation.
  • Tool Proficiency: Use tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration.
