Pavago is seeking a proactive Leads Manager. This role is vital for ensuring seamless coordination of leads, transactions, and dispositions. The ideal candidate will excel in both organizational and communication skills, driving the success of our operations by efficiently managing leads and ensuring timely follow-ups. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including acquisition and disposition managers, to enhance business processes and improve operational effectiveness. Your role will involve coordinating transactions, managing CRM tasks, and supporting post-deal activities to ensure smooth workflows.


Responsibilities:


  • Contract Preparation: Prepare and draft contracts in collaboration with the legal team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Communication Management: Manage and maintain effective email communication to provide updates and receive progress reports on ongoing deals.
  • Client Engagement: Oversee and manage drip campaigns to ensure consistent client engagement and follow-up.
  • Lead Auditing: Conduct regular audits of leads to identify and address any potential issues or gaps in the sales pipeline.
  • Property Research: Perform thorough research on properties to gather necessary information for contract preparation and client inquiries.
  • Lead Management: Monitor website forms to identify and address any missing leads promptly.
  • Follow-Up Communication: Text leads as needed when sales representatives are unavailable to ensure timely communication and engagement.
  • Appointment Confirmation: Confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders to ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Record Accuracy: Review and verify the completeness and accuracy of records in the CRM system.
  • Systems and Process Documentation: Assist in documenting systems and processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Market Expansion Support: Support the expansion into new markets by duplicating email templates, text templates, and relevant tasks, ensuring consistency in back-end operations.
