Job Title: Video Editor & Animator

GoSaaS is seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor & Animator to produce dynamic video content that communicates the unique benefits of our cloud-based solutions to a B2B audience. This role involves creating everything from product demos and explainer videos to social media content and internal training materials.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that are visually appealing, engaging, and align with GoSaaS brand guidelines.
• Utilize advanced video editing and animation software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, Maya) to craft high-quality visual content.
• Create 2D and 3D animations to simplify complex concepts and enhance video materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and contribute creative ideas for video content.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and techniques in video editing and animation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video production.
• Optimize videos for various platforms ensuring smooth playback and visual quality.

Must-Have Skills:

• Extensive experience using professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut).
• Knowledge of video editing techniques, such as color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
• Ability to produce videos that are visually appealing, engaging, and informative.
• Proficiency in 2D and/or 3D animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Maya).
• Knowledge of animation principles and techniques, such as timing, easing, and squash and stretch.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to translate ideas into visually compelling videos and animations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to take feedback and make revisions as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in film, animation, graphic design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and animation skills.
