Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Video Editor with 2–3 years of
experience who is passionate about storytelling through visuals and has a
strong eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing
video content for social media, marketing campaigns, ads, YouTube, and other
digital platforms, ensuring high-quality and brand-aligned output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit raw footage into polished videos for various platforms including social media, YouTube, website, and digital ads.
- Trim, color correct, and add transitions, graphics, text, music, and effects to enhance video quality.
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and content teams to understand project goals and messaging.
- Maintain organized video files, backups, and editing workflows.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Stay updated with the latest video trends, styles, and tools to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
RequirementsEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Film Production, Digital Arts, or a related
field.
Experience:
2–3 years of hands-on experience in video editing
Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or other professional video editing tools.
- Basic knowledge of color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Understanding of video formatting for various platforms (Reels, Stories, YouTube, etc.).
- Ability to work with storyboards and scripts to bring concepts to life.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong storytelling sense.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Bonus: Familiarity with animation, 2D/3D motion graphics, or videography.
