About the role

As a Validation Lead, your dedication to excellence in quality and compliance becomes the backbone of Reckitt. Here, you’ll be influencing global health outcomes through meticulous attention to our products and processes. Your expertise will not only maintain the highest standards within our supply and distribution chains but also empower our mission to protect, heal, and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world.




Your responsibilities
  • Update and maintain Validation Master Plans, Validation Protocols, Qualification Program SOPs, forms, records to meet GMPs and DRAP regulatory requirements.
  • Develop Site Validation Master Plan & other related validation documents for both Healthcare and household plants as well as CSV Master Plan in coordination with Validation Manager according to Global Validation Policy.
  • Develop Manufacturing process validation protocols and report to support the qualification/validation of equipment, processes, and facilities. Prepare packaging process validation protocol and report.
  • Prepare Cleaning Validation protocol and reports.
  • Coordinate with all stake holder for execution and managing of validation activities at site.
  • Communicate Validation / Quality related KPIs set for the year and ensure their close follow up & effective implementation.
  • Perform GAP Analysis of validation SOPs against the Global policies and procedures.


The experience we're looking for

- A proven track record in quality compliance within the healthcare industry.
- Adept with quality management systems and a solid understanding of regulatory requirements such as Good Distribution Practise (GDP).
- Exceptional communication and influencing talents, particularly in situations where you may not have direct authority.
- Keen auditing abilities, fortified by relevant qualifications, are seen as beneficial.
- Strategic and level-headed when making decisions under pressure, promoting business strategy and change leadership.
- Familiar with digital transformation in R & D and manufacturing to maintaining cutting-edge quality standards.
