Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
- Identify and engage with prospective clients on Upwork and other freelancing platforms to develop
- business opportunities.
- Monitor trends in relevant sectors and identify high-potential clients and projects.
Proposal Management:
- Craft and submit compelling, tailored proposals that showcase our solutions and expertise.
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop winning proposal strategies and customize responses to
- client needs.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients acquired through Upwork.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, manage project expectations, and ensure client satisfaction to facilitate
- repeat business.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Analyze industry trends, client feedback, and competitor offerings to refine our Upwork approach.
- Develop strategies to enhance visibility on Upwork, including optimization of profile and portfolio.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals on Upwork.
- Monitor project metrics, pricing, and client satisfaction to ensure profitability and scalability.
- Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project management, finance, and service delivery, to ensure
- smooth onboarding and project execution.
- Provide feedback to marketing and business development teams to improve positioning and client
- acquisition strategies.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, project milestones, and revenue achievements.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports to highlight key performance indicators, successes, and areas for
- improvement.
