Experience
Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience as a Travel Coordinator, Travel Agent, or similar role.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of travel management and booking systems, as well as proficiency in using online booking tools and travel software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, vendors, and clients.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with travel regulations, safety protocols, and visa requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and book flights, hotel accommodations, rental cars, and other travel-related services for employees, executives, and clients as needed.
- Research and negotiate with travel vendors to secure the best rates and accommodations for all travel arrangements.
- Communicate with employees and management to understand travel requirements and preferences, provide assistance and recommendations as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other vendors to ensure high-quality service and cost-effective travel solutions.
- Manage and maintain travel records, including itineraries, expense reports, and travel policies, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
- Provide support and assistance to travelers in case of changes or emergencies during their trips.
- Keep abreast of travel industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to improve travel coordination processes and services.
