Responsibilities
Coordinate and book flights, hotel accommodations, rental cars, and other travel-related services for employees, executives, and clients as needed.
Research and negotiate with travel vendors to secure the best rates and accommodations for all travel arrangements.
Communicate with employees and management to understand travel requirements and preferences, provide assistance and recommendations as needed.
Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other vendors to ensure high-quality service and cost-effective travel solutions.
Manage and maintain travel records, including itineraries, expense reports, and travel policies, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
Provide support and assistance to travelers in case of changes or emergencies during their trips.
Keep abreast of travel industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to improve travel coordination processes and services.
