Overview
The incumbent will be responsible for record keeping, coordination with 3PL vendors, track and address route maintenance issues with concern, payments disbursement etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:
•Coordination with 3PL vendors to arrange transport as and when required.
•Communication with customers.
•Vendor invoicing.
•Transport movement record.
•Coordination with drivers for timely execution of shipments.
•Support to internal departments with transport related queries.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
•Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience in transport department at a multinational or renowned local logistics company.
•Bachelor’s degree preferably in related field from reputable institution.
•Proficient knowledge of transport & warehouse procedure and policies.
•Must have good management, interpersonal and communication skills.
•Strong command over Microsoft Office and other related software.
