Job Title: Management Trainee, Point of Care Diagnostics
Location: Mumbai | Delhi | Bengaluru Duration: 12 Months – 6 Months Sales | 6 Months Marketing
Siemens Healthineers is a leading player in the Point of Care Diagnostics industry, committed to delivering innovative solutions that enhance patient care. We are seeking young & dynamic Management Trainees to join our team and gain hands-on experience in both Sales and Marketing within our rapidly growing sector.
As a Management Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive one-year program designed to provide you with a deep understanding of our business operations. You will complete two core stints - 6 months in Sales and 6 months in Marketing. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be assessed and considered for a suitable role based on performance evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Stint - 6 months:
•
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
•
Engage with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders to promote our diagnostic products.
•
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.
•
Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
•
Support the sales team in managing accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
•
Track and report on sales performance, including forecasting and pipeline management.
Marketing Stint- 6 months:
•
Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
•
Assist in market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
•
Collaborate on the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
•
Coordinate and participate in trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.
•
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
•
Support the marketing team in brand management and product positioning.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
•
Successful completion of Sales and Marketing stints with demonstrated capability in both areas.
•
Achievement of sales targets and contribution to revenue growth during the Sales stint.
•
Effective execution of marketing campaigns and activities, contributing to brand visibility and market share during the Marketing stint (as per assigned project)
•
Positive feedback from supervisors, colleagues, business partners & customers.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
•
Sales Performance: Sales targets achieved, new client acquisition, customer satisfaction scores.
•
Marketing Effectiveness: Campaign ROI, lead generation, market penetration, engagement metrics.
•
Project Management: Timeliness and quality of project deliverables, adherence to budget and resources.
•
Personal Development: Demonstrated growth in skills, competencies, and leadership potential.
Qualifications:
•
Master’s in business administration - Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain.
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
•
