Inbox Business Technologies is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Total Rewards Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end payroll processing, ensure compliance with HR policies, and collaborate with management to foster an engaging workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with external stakeholders and vendors to ensure effective delivery of compensation and benefits programs.
- Assist in the end-to-end payroll processing, including the reconciliation of payroll data, taxes, and the collection of essential information related to incentives, overtime, and allowances.
- Prepare and analyze compensation reports, benefit costs, and related metrics for management review.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity for onboarding, changes, and offboarding processes.
- Oversee the orientation and onboarding process for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the company culture and operations.
- Address and resolve employee grievances in a fair and timely manner, collaborating with management as needed.
- Support the performance management process by coordinating evaluations and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Process EOBI and ESSI vouchers as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws in managing employee information from onboarding to exit.
- Organize and support events, workshops, or programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention.
- Assist in audits related to compensation and benefits programs.
