Job Summary:


  • We are seeking a creative and dynamic TikTok Associate to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential TikTok influencers, coordinating the exchange of free products for generated content, and fostering relationships with influencers to boost brand visibility and engagement on TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Influencer Outreach: Identify and connect with potential TikTok influencers who align with our brand values and target audience.
  • Content Coordination: Set up collaborations with influencers, ensuring the creation of high-quality content that showcases our products.
  • Product Distribution: Manage the logistics of sending free products to influencers and track the delivery status.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring ongoing collaboration and engagement.
  • Content Review: Monitor and review the content generated by influencers to ensure it meets brand standards and guidelines.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and analyze the performance of influencer-generated content, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends, features, and best practices to keep our brand relevant and engaging on the platform.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, content performance, and overall campaign success.

Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably with a focus on influencer outreach and TikTok.

Skills:


  • Strong understanding of TikTok and its user base.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • - Experience working with influencer marketing platforms.
  • - Existing relationships with TikTok influencers.
  • - Knowledge of social media advertising and paid promotion strategies.
