About the job Test Day Officer

Main opportunities/challenges for this role
Managing across a portfolio of products when the team has been used to managing by productManaging a combination of regular activity (IELTS) and huge peaks and troughs (Schools)Making team available to support additional Exams activities to support operational necessity /emergency
Main accountabilitiesUndertakes the related planning and delivery functions in preparation for Test Days and Post Test Days in line with BC processReceives instructions and requests from cluster operations, 5 days before Test Day itself and plans and organises given resources accordingly (often at short notice) to ensure that work is carried out efficiently and effectivelyScans dashboards to monitor performance and identify issuesPlans and deploys engagement plan for Venue StaffEnsures exam materials are received at Test Centre and stored securelySupports decisions of Operations Manager with the selection of venue staff, sets performance expectations and maintains positive relationsSupports the selection of suitable venues
Analysis & reporting
Gather data for performance monitoring of staff on Test Day and pass to Test Day ManagerGather data for Investigations emerging from Test Day activities
Contract:  6 Months Duration
Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in related field.Experience of working with children.Experience of safe planning, organization, and delivery of activities for children.
