Job Description: Telesales Executive
Position Title: Telesales Executive

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Compensation: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Gender Preference: No preference

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries, providing accurate information and addressing customer concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Record customer information and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and provide feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support as needed.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer data.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and data entry.
Skills Required:
  • Strong communication skills in English and Telugu (both verbal and written).
  • Persuasive speaking skills and the ability to handle objections confidently.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software is an advantage.
  • Good listening skills to understand customer requirements effectively.
  • Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude towards achieving goals.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
