Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.

  • Document and track issues and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
  • Assist clients with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Work collaboratively with other technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their technical issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
