About the job Technical Support Executive

Job Description:


  • Respond on user request/queries. Time commitment knowledge transfer to users.
  • Monitor/Manage user query respectively on daily basis. Double check the all-devices hardware parts running in normal state.
  • Necessarily check and maintenance of network and non-shared devices to evade any discontinuity of user task.

Qualification and Skills:


  • Bachelor's/Master's  in Computer Science or IT
  • 2 - 4 years of experience 
  • Must have knowledge of Trouboleshooting, configuration,Cisco SW, Networking and Veeam Backup
