In order to support our activity and the growing number of projects, we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer capable of reinforcing our team during remote commissioning and project follow-up. The Technical Support Engineer will be based in Pakistan and will interact with teams from different teams in different countries (Morocco, France...).In a dynamic environment, the main missions and tasks will be the following:Provide pre- commissioning technical support:Answer technical questions (about SLD, wiring, compatibility…) and fully prepare the client for the day of the commissioning of the project.Support in the deployment of the solution with the customer:Help in overcoming any technical struggle during the day of the commissioning by suggesting solutions.Follow-up and support in customer and account management to guarantee clients satisfaction:Understand clients needs and act based on their feedback.Configuration of our controllers/dataloggers and visualization interfaces:Client network and control logic configuration in controllers/dataloggers, and dashboard customization.
