Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with a strong background in hiring developers and IT professionals, especially in technical stacks such as Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript (React, Angular, Node.js), DevOps, Mobile Development (iOS/Android), and more. This individual will work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand requirements, source candidates, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for developer roles.
End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for developer roles from sourcing to placement.
Develop job descriptions and hiring criteria in collaboration with hiring managers.
Identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.
Screening & Interviewing:
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the technical and cultural fit.
Conduct initial interviews (phone/video) to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and motivations.
Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with development teams.
Technical Assessment:
Understand the technical requirements for developer roles and partner with technical teams to create relevant coding challenges or technical tests.
Evaluate candidates' technical skills and collaborate with engineering teams to review candidate performance on technical assessments.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Provide regular updates to candidates on the status of their application.
Negotiate job offers, compensation packages, and closing candidates effectively.
Talent Pool Development:
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of developer talent for current and future hiring needs.
Create and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates.
