As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
- Utilizing various recruitment platforms and tools to source and screen potential candidates.
- Conducting technical assessments and interviews to evaluate candidate skills and suitability for open positions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with industry professionals, universities, and other relevant networks to establish a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborating with hiring managers and technical teams to understand hiring needs and requirements.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in the IT industry.
- A strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets.
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Workable, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
