The Role: Technical Project Manager, Commercial Solutions
The Team: Commercial Solutions supports the commercial functionalities of Market Intelligence inclusive of sales, service, finance, legal, marketing, order to cash, and fufillment by enabling the business to achieve efficiencies, optimization, and client satisfaction through technology enhancement, integration, and development projects.
The Impact: As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our commercial business initiatives. By delivering enhancements, integrations, and new functionalities, you will ensure that our stakeholders receive innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve overall user experience. Your leadership will be crucial in managing cross-functional teams, aligning project objectives with business goals, and facilitating seamless communication between technical teams and commercial stakeholders. Your ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable project plans will empower our business units to leverage technology effectively, ultimately contributing to increased revenue, customer satisfaction, and competitive advantage in the market.


In this role, you will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team, ensuring that we remain agile and responsive to the evolving needs of our stakeholders. Your expertise in project management methodologies and strong problem-solving skills will enable you to navigate challenges efficiently, delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Roles & Responsibilities


  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects aimed at enhancing commercial business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Translate complex technical requirements into actionable project plans and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery within the identified constraints.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and champion best practices in project management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovative solutions and agile methodologies.
  • Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and outcomes.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective engagement and support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform project strategies and enhance business capabilities

What We’re Looking For


  • Proven experience of +3 years as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role within a commercial business environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Azure Dev Ops, and Smartsheet preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive collaboration among diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in translating technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Experience in delivering technology solutions that enhance business processes and customer experiences.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) are a plus, demonstrating commitment to professional development in project management.
