Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Product Analyst to join our client team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and manage APIs that improve revenue streams, operational efficiency, and customer experience. You will lead product integrations, ensure quality assurance for APIs, and support mission-critical systems in production environments. This position requires hands-on experience with airline reservation systems, API management, and a strong analytical mindset to solve complex technical challenges.
Must Have Skillsets (Mandatory):
- Strong experience in API management, particularly using OpenAPI (SwaggerHub).
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman for validation and performance analysis.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain comprehensive API documentation.
- Experience working with airline reservation systems or similar industry-specific systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve production issues in mission-critical systems (offer and order management).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in vendor management and working with third-party service providers.
Good to Have Skillsets (Optional):
- Knowledge of Splunk for system log analysis and issue identification.
- Familiarity with airline offer and order management systems.
- Awareness of industry trends and innovations in airline and travel technology.
- Experience working with external vendors for system fixes, upgrades, and support.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Technical Product Analyst or similar role, preferably within the airline industry.
- A track record of successfully managing and documenting APIs.
- Proficiency in API testing and quality assurance.
- Experience coordinating with external vendors and managing system integrations.
