Responsibilities:
Create and maintain technical documentation for both technical and nontechnical audiences, including feature descriptions, integration guides, and FAQs.
Develop video tutorials and demo videos, including scripting, recording, editing, and adding motion graphics to highlight product functionalities.
Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, engineers, and the product marketing team to gather insights and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Build and enhance user assistance infrastructure, including how-to sections, Help content, and troubleshooting guides.
Collect and analyze user feedback to identify areas of documentation that need improvement.
Participate in product development, user experience, or quality design meetings to align documentation with evolving product features.
