Job Description

We are looking for a highly responsible, independent and disciplined Technical Content Writer/KnowledgeBase Engineer having exceptional communication skills, who is able to empathize with customer needs and creatively share technical knowledge to our customers through KnowledgeBase articles. 


What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Take full ownership of the KnowledgeBase domain, managing it end-to-end.
  • Create new KnowledgeBase articles and update existing ones regularly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to foster an open culture and identify the need for KnowledgeBase content.
  • Develop clear, concise, and comprehensive content to help customers easily navigate and utilize the KnowledgeBase.
  • Monitor and track KPIs related to KnowledgeBase article performance.
  • Keep a close eye on keyword searches and customer interactions with the KnowledgeBase.
  • Conduct quick analysis to determine KnowledgeBase needs.
  • Assist Product Managers and Support teams in planning KnowledgeBase content creation ahead of feature releases.
  • Provide prompt updates and communicate realistic timelines (ETAs) for KnowledgeBase creation or updates to stakeholders.
  • Attend feature demos to gather insights and create exceptional KnowledgeBase articles.
  • Identify areas for improvement in existing KnowledgeBase articles.
  • Ensure the help center is always up-to-date with relevant, accurate information.
  • Maintain a catalog of all KnowledgeBase articles, tracking cross-functional requests for easy reporting and observability.
  • Continuously suggest and implement new ideas to enhance the overall KnowledgeBase experience.
  • Conduct competitive research on KnowledgeBase content and best practices.
  • Optimize articles for SEO to ensure high search engine ranking.
  • Create video tutorials and guides to complement how-to content.
  • Provide monthly reports on key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Approach content creation with a customer-first mindset, thinking outside the box.
Required Experiences or Skills:
  • 2-5 years of technical content-focused experience, with demonstrated business results.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Linguistics, Journalism, Communications, or a related discipline, with a focus on technical writing.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to understand and explain technical information clearly.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in content creation.
  • Empathy, with a genuine understanding of user challenges and the ability to address them effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with teams and clients.
  • Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Natural curiosity about technology and eagerness to learn new tools and concepts.
  • Data-driven mindset to analyze content performance and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a productive team player.
  • Basic understanding of the LAMP stack and web hosting environments.
  • Basic knowledge of PHP-based applications such as WordPress and Magento is a plus.
