Technical Business Analyst – WFH/Remote Work (2 Years Exp. Needed)

We are looking for a Business analyst who can act as a medium or a channel between the business and IT developers. Our ideal candidate is someone who is very business-minded and has technical experience and has great analytical and problem solving skills. You will work closely with our managers and internal teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications so that we can have clear, actionable goals and objectives. You must be someone who is passionate about identifying as well as introducing changes that can be pertinent to the success of our platform at every instance. 

• Working closely with project managers and the internal teams to understand business requirments.
• Performing in-depth analysis that helps us identify and validate the requirements for both the business and technical aspect of the platform
• Maintaining detailed documentation that clearly outlines any business or technical requirements for the project and how we can fulfill them
• To help us manage and keep track of status reports and conduct status meetings regularly to ensure proper execution of tasks by developers and business personnl as well as develop project plans and timelines. 
• Identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion via market research and analysis as well as any possible threats or barriers to them
• To help us with budgeting and forecasting

• Must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Business Analytcis and any other related field.
• Must be proficient in both written and spoken English
• Must have at least 1 years of experience as a technical business analyst
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must have experience in developing project plans, timelines and budgets
• Strong communication and collaboration skills 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Technical skills

• At least 1 years of experience utilizing programming languages like HTML, SQL, Python as well as data modelling
• Must be able to work with Json files
• Must have experience with business process mapping 
• Able to use project tracking tools like Atlassian Jira
• Must have some familiarity with UI/UX tools like Adobe XD
• Must have some knowledge of API integrations
