Minimum 16 Years of education in Commerce, Banking and Finance & Economics / from a reputable university / institute recognized by HEC or ACCA qualified.
Experience:
Minimum 7 to 8 years of working experience in SME and Credit Marketing.
Responsibilities:
Develop business opportunities by strategically engaging with new and existing clients across identified market segments to achieve growth targets.
Conduct in-depth reviews of Credit Proposals, Memos, and Transactions prepared by Relationship Managers (RMs) to ensure adherence to bank policies.
Present SME cases to approving authorities with well-prepared proposals, facilitating effective decision-making.
Market and promote the bank’s financing facilities, including SBP subsidized schemes, tailored to the needs of businesses.
Ensure adherence to Turnaround Time (TAT) for seamless execution of daily transactions and timely disbursement of funds.
Identify areas for improvement in current operations and work with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization and innovation.
Monitoring risk and ensuring the bank’s relationship strategies are in line with the portfolio and industry quality. Recommending credit facilities, within prescribed limits after a comprehensive analysis.
Visiting clients to assess business operations and prepare visit reports.
Completion of facility and security documents as per approval, compliance of shariah guidelines and process flow.
Lead and foster a high-performing team, focusing on skill development, collaboration, and alignment with organizational goals.
Skills Required:
Robust financial analysis abilities, specifically of SME sector.

Proficiency in MS Office.
