Job Description
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from an HEC-recognized university
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Information Technology, preferably in Banking, with knowledge of banking applications, delivery channels, and processes.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 8583, ISO 20022, and Web APIs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and support ADC payment solutions, ensuring seamless integration with core banking systems.
- Provide technical solutions for payment gateways, card processing systems, and other payment channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ADC platforms and payments in a timely manner.
- Work on APIs and middleware for integration between ADC channels and payment systems.
- Customize and enhance existing systems to meet business requirements and improve customer experience.

- Ensure all systems and processes comply with regulatory standards, data security protocols, and Payment Card Industry (PCI) guidelines.
- Participate in periodic audits and implement necessary security enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to deliver end-to-end payment solutions.
- Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, workflows, and troubleshooting guides.
- Create user guides and training materials for new and existing solutions.
Skills Required:
- Expertise in SQL Server, Oracle, and MongoDB (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ADC platforms such as Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, ATMs, and POS systems.
- Expertise in payment protocols (ISO 8583, SWIFT, UPI, etc.) and integration with payment gateways.
- Proficiency in working with APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and middleware tools.
- Hands-on experience with database management (SQL, Oracle, etc.) and scripting languages.
- Familiarity with cloud-based payment solutions and microservices architecture is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts and system development processes.
