About the job Team Head T&D (H-468-02)
Job Responsibilities:Analyse and assess training needs at various levels of the Group.Link Training outcomes with performance of each employee Prepare, control and track training budgetIdentification & designing of Training Need Assessment document for the organisation at Group level.Planning and Development of training calendar on monthly and annual basisReviews existing training programs suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement.To design and prepare new training content as per defined TNA and ensure the completion of the required training programsMaintaining Training Manual: Soft Copies in sorted order; Hard-copies as per laid standard & videos attached with USB.To ensure the execution of training program as per defined training calendar every month.
Education & Experience:
Bachelors/Masters Degree is required Majors in HRM, Marketing, etc.8+ years of experience preferably in HR/Insurance/Banking Industry/Training & Development.Hands on experience in Prezi, Canva, Articulate Storyline/Rise, Storyboarding/Scripting (English/Urdu).
