About the job Team Head T&D (H-468-02)
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyse and assess training needs at various levels of the Group.
- Link Training outcomes with performance of each employee
- Prepare, control and track training budget
- Identification & designing of Training Need Assessment document for the organisation at Group level.
- Planning and Development of training calendar on monthly and annual basis
- Reviews existing training programs suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement.
- To design and prepare new training content as per defined TNA and ensure the completion of the required training programs
- Maintaining Training Manual: Soft Copies in sorted order; Hard-copies as per laid standard & videos attached with USB.
- To ensure the execution of training program as per defined training calendar every month.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors/Masters Degree is required Majors in HRM, Marketing, etc.
- 8+ years of experience preferably in HR/Insurance/Banking Industry/Training & Development.
- Hands on experience in Prezi, Canva, Articulate Storyline/Rise, Storyboarding/Scripting (English/Urdu).
