About the job Team Head T&D (H-468-02)

Job Responsibilities:


  • Analyse and assess training needs at various levels of the Group.
  • Link Training outcomes with performance of each employee
  • Prepare, control and track training budget
  • Identification & designing of Training Need Assessment document for the organisation at Group level.
  • Planning and Development of training calendar on monthly and annual basis
  • Reviews existing training programs suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement.
  • To design and prepare new training content as per defined TNA and ensure the completion of the required training programs
  • Maintaining Training Manual: Soft Copies in sorted order; Hard-copies as per laid standard & videos attached with USB.
  • To ensure the execution of training program as per defined training calendar every month.

Education & Experience:


  • Bachelors/Masters Degree is required Majors in HRM, Marketing, etc.
  • 8+ years of experience preferably in HR/Insurance/Banking Industry/Training & Development.
  • Hands on experience in Prezi, Canva, Articulate Storyline/Rise, Storyboarding/Scripting (English/Urdu).
