Job Description:


  • Lead proactive sourcing initiatives to build a robust pipeline of candidates, focusing on speed and quality of hires.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, talent mapping, and digital campaigns, to attract passive candidates.
  • Prioritize sourcing for critical and hard-to-fill roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with recruitment goals and standards.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle with a focus on speed, efficiency, and quality.
  • Implement agile recruitment processes that can quickly adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Ensure a streamlined and efficient recruitment process, reducing time-to-fill while maintaining high standards of candidate quality.
  • Partner with marketing and HR teams to position the company as an employer of choice within the industry.
  • Promote the company’s culture, values, and unique selling points through targeted employer branding initiatives.
  • Regularly report on recruitment performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing actionable strategies.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the e-commerce, tech, or digital retail sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities in a high-speed setting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on speed and efficiency in hiring.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines consistently.
