Join us for a 6-week, hands-on Talent Acquisition Internship! This role is an opportunity to work in our robust Talent Acquisition vertical at Truck It In. Allowing you to work directly with a diverse level of stakeholders, including co-founders and leadership team. You will be hiring talent across tech and non-tech positions and expanding your recruitment portfolio.
What You Will Do
Handle talent acquisition for roles at all levels, from entry to senior positions
Use advanced ATS to screen candidates and schedule interviews
Gather interviewer feedback and guide the candidate selection process
Handle offer placements and manage onboarding for new hires
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders for efficient recruitment
Prepare recruitment dashboards to report metrics to leadership
Lead and implement employer branding initiatives
What Are We Looking For
Recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, HRM, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic problem-solving abilities with effective task prioritization.
Able to collaborate with multiple teams and complete assigned tasks.
