Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will manage the recruitment cycle by sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates across different functions. You will work closely with hiring managers and senior members of the talent acquisition team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process, while also helping to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment cycle by sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks to find qualified talent.
- Screen resumes and perform initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate interview schedules, ensuring clear communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate candidate data and status updates.
- Assist in job postings on various platforms and manage the responses.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Support the onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires.
