Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in sourcing, attracting, and retaining top talent while also focusing on enhancing our organizational effectiveness and employee development strategies.


Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition:


  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization.
  • Source candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks) and ensure a diverse candidate pool.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs or campus recruitment activities.

Organizational Development:


  • Design and implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Conduct needs assessments and identify areas for organizational development interventions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to build employee skills and capabilities.
  • Facilitate team-building activities and workshops to foster a positive work environment.
  • Analyze employee feedback and engagement data to identify trends and recommend solutions for improvement.

Employee Relations:


  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the performance management process and assist with employee development plans.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth across the organization.
