Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high quality applicants
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing telephonic screenings
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices

Required Skill / Abilities:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in sourcing & Screening profiles
• Prior exposure to sourcing for various geographies other than India is desirable
• Flexible to work in different shifts
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
• Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
• Education: Master’s / bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
