Job Description

- Provide high-quality support and guidance to clients' functional teams, ensuring smooth and efficient communication.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents promptly, utilizing problem-solving skills to address issues effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the client's environment and specific needs.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of support interactions and resolutions.
- Work across rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends, to support clients in different time zones.



Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a support engineer or related role, with a strong understanding of customer service best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and articulate solutions clearly to clients and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Sharp analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work rotational and night shifts, as well as weekends, to meet the support needs of clients.
  • Client Interaction: Demonstrated experience in engaging with clients' functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective support.
Shift timings: 7 PM to 4 AM (Pakistan time)
