We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst
In this role, you will:
- Manage and support the analysing and documenting of technical issues arising in DataVisa and Manage ROP
- Manage and support the investigations into technical issues
- Support the change management activities which can include diverse tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement
- Identify impact of change on training materials and communication channels
- Manage and support the tracking and documenting progress and managing status reporting
- Assisting in the implementation of solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Builds and retains strong relationships with stakeholders within and outside of the organisation.
- Establish relationships with change delivery to fully understand wider change initiatives and identify impacts.
- Demonstrates the ability to cooperate with a variety of people across multiple Businesses and geographies to achieve results.
