About the job Supply Chain Team Member
Hrsi is looking for supply chain team member for one of its leading client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently transfer stocks between stores as per the company's supply chain requirements.
- Oversee the loading and offloading of goods into the designated vehicles to ensure accurate and safe transportation.
- Coordinate with the Goods Receipt (GR) Team to ensure proper inspection and verification of stocks at both receiving and dispatch points.
- Ensure the maintenance of stock quality by monitoring expiry dates during stock transfers, ensuring that stock rotation procedures are followed.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting any discrepancies immediately.
- Adhere to safety and operational guidelines during stock handling and transportation.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a supply chain or logistics role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of stock management and expiry date monitoring practices.
- Physically capable of handling stock movement and performing tasks such as loading/unloading.
