Position Title: Supervisor, Distribution

Location: Karachi

Specifically, you will be responsible to:


  • ensure correct receiving, storage, preservation, handling, and issuance of supplies to departments/ patient care areas as per defined procedures
  • perform inventory operations such as periodical physical counts, expiry monitoring, processing returns and record discrepancies if any as per defined procedures.
  • coordinate with Purchasing Department in case of non-availability of items.
  • timely response and resolve issues related to users.
  • identify slow moving items and review re-order/ par-levels of all items on periodical basis.
  • ensure accurate and timely recording of all transactions into system/ paper documents as per defined procedures
  • ensure cleanness, proper storing of items at Distribution Centre
  • ability to monitor and handle the team; assigned various duties in hospital areas.
  • ensure compliance of personal and environmental Safety & Security guidelines at assigned storage locations
  • ensure service quality standards as per organization’s goals
  • ability to perform multiple tasks under pressure and meet the deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:


  • minimum Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent degree
  • minimum 2 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
  • advanced MS Excel skills for data analytics
  • effective communication, Supervision, Teamwork & Coordination
  • ability of Time Management, Reporting Skills, Inventory Control.
