Job Title: Stream Head Revenue Accounting

What is Stream Head Revenue Accounting?
Stream Head Revenue Accounting encompasses a deep understanding of end-to-end revenue processes, knowledge and expertise for managing the revenue financial close process and ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards & Group reporting guidelines. The role reports directly to the Head of Record to Report and will be part of a 6-member team.
What does Stream Head Revenue Accounting do?
Key responsibilities:
· Manage monthly revenue financial close and reporting process for JAZZ and its subsidiaries to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting as per IFRS and adherence to standard/ local accounting practices, procedures and regulations.
· Manage revenue team for recording monthly revenues for prepaid, postpaid, Interconnect, site sharing and Digital streams etc. in ERP system.
· Review Month-end schedules relating to each revenue stream and contribute in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual revenue reporting packs.
· Identify impacts of new accounting standards and laws/regulations on revenues and align their accounting treatment with key stakeholders.
· Coordinate with External & Internal Auditors for required documentation.
· Identify improvement areas and initiate projects to bring efficiency in existing processes.
· Ensure compliance with SOX controls including documentation and reporting.
· Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs of service operations (R2R).
· Lead projects for implementation of IRFS 15 compliant revenue modules (RAR in SAP and RMCS in Oracle Fusion)

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Stream Head Revenue Accounting?
· Chartered Accountant (ACA / ACCA) with minimum 5-7 years of related work experience, including Telecom Industry.
· Must have good working knowledge of Accounting (IFRS), Financial Reporting processes and ERP (Oracle, SAP).
· Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
· Demonstrated interpersonal and communications skills.
· Exhibit excellent teamwork & collaboration.
· Strong Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
